REFUNDS


All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 


Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable. Eathome Ltd has no obligation to provide refunds or credits. Eathome Ltd, at its sole discretion, may provide customers with refunds or credits or offer promotional deals with varying features and rates, subject to these Terms. Any credits issued by Eathome Ltd will be automatically applied to your next order, can only be redeemed for orders on the Platform, and are limited to areas and times where the Platform is available. Credits may be applied towards order subtotals (excluding gratuities) or delivery fees, as specified in your customer account. The expiration date(s) for such credits will be provided in the mobile application and/or the email issuing the credit. Credits cannot be combined with any other offer. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and have no cash value. Once expired, credits will be removed from your account, are no longer redeemable, and cannot be used for any order. If your account is cancelled, you may forfeit any pending, current, or future credits, promotional offers, or any other forms of unredeemed value associated with your account, without prior notice.
